Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Return Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and returned in the same condition and original packaging in which they were received. Items showing wear, damage, stains, odors, or missing packaging may not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
Contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability. Contact us as soon as possible if you need a different size.
Final Sale Items
Items specifically marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
